This system is produced by Bio-Len Reactors Inc. of Red Deer Alberta and is marketed under license by RDC.

This simple, easy to master process is designed by a licensed plumber with 34 years of experience in plumbing, boiler operations and mechanics. The entire system is mobile on a 75 cm x 200 cm rack and uses lightweight but durable components. The system (empty) weighs approximately 70 kgs. The system utilizes proprietary technology to ensure high quality fuel production.

This particular model is well suited to Small Fleet Owners, Farmers and Ranchers, University, College, Government organizations who have their own diesel vehicles and a ready supply of used cooking oil or fresh pressed oil.

This system has the potential to turn a waste stream into a value stream, with a few easy steps, including mixing readily available reagents and you will be on your way to processing high quality fuel to blend with existing diesel supplies or use 100% biofuels, as appropriate.

Features:

• Easy step wise process to produce high quality fuel, minimal level of chemical mixing to produce high quality fuel.
• Lightweight, high quality Schedule 40 clear pipe, Schedule 80 union ball valves and Div1 Class 1 explosion proof electrics.
  
• Produces 150 litres of fuel per batch in 2.5 days, and less than 3 hours of hands on time. 300 litres in 4 days in less than 4 hours of hands on time.
• Uses readily available methanol, sodium hydroxide and tap normal water to produce the fuel.
• By products are harmless and can be sold to local municipalities as dust suppressant or used as animal feed (remove methanol) or in a biogas plant (as is).
• Portable, light weight system (70 kgs).
• Other equipment (not shown) includes oil storage barrel & heating coil.
• Estimated payback given 2 batches/week from canola oil is less than 1 year (also uses corn, rape seed, olive oil).
• Estimated payback producing one batch every 4 days is less than 14 months.
