How the system works
Bio Diesel is produced from waste cooking oil (canola, corn, peanut) or cold pressed canola oil direct from the plant source. Convert either source into valuable biofuels to blend with diesel fuel or burn 100% biofuel, depending on the application and time of year.

- Easy step wise process to produce high quality fuel, minimal level of chemical mixing to produce high quality fuel.
- Other equipment (not shown) includes oil storage barrel & heating coil.
- Uses readily available methanol, sodium hydroxide and tap water to produce the fuel.
- By products are harmless and can be sold to local municipalities as dust suppressant or used as animal feed (remove methanol) or in a biogas plant (as is).
- This particular model is well suited to Small Fleet Owners, Farmers and Ranchers, University, College, Government organizations who have their own diesel vehicles and a ready supply of used cooking oil or fresh pressed oil.
The Processor comes with a detailed manual and video featuring the developer of the technology explaining the easy stepwise process. Options for the system include oil heating barrel, barrel heater, waste oil pump and methanol pump, fuel and waste oil storage barrels/totes.
